Samuel Paschal Wilson /Senior Consultant

Professor Dr. Samuel Paschal Wilson has taught in Turkey since 1998. He is the Chairman of the Department of International Relations and the Associate Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at a Turkish university. He holds a B.A. from Baylor University, a M.A. from Southwest Texas State University, and a Ph.D from the University of North Texas. In addition, he has completed post-doctoral work at the University of Strasbourg and Harvard University. Dr. Wilson  served as the Regional Representative for the United States Secretary of Education in the administration of President George H. Bush and as the Executive Vice President of the Texas Public Policy Foundation. In addition, he served as the Distinguished Professor of Free Enterprise and Public Policy at Howard Payne University between 1981 and 1989. His business experience includes being the founder and president of CrossLink Telecommunications and the owner and operator of Wilson Pecan Company in Texas. At the present time, Dr. Wilson serves as a consultant to several Turkish companies and works in the areas of trade and foreign direct investment.
