Emre studied at Bosphorus University, formerly American Robert Academy,in İstanbul ,and  in 1999 received a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering. He is an expert in Information Technology and established an IT company in 2000. He introduced "WebPaketi" ,which is a very practical Web design and hosting system,to the Turkish market .Customers with little prior knowledge about internet can easily design their own Web sites using the package program. WebPaketi was used for designing the Businesstanbul.com Web site.Emre continues to contribute to the IT development of Businesstanbul project.
