Ahmet Çağrı is the founder of ICTCTC,which owns and operates the Businesstanbul.com Web site.He  studied in Istanbul at Bosphorus University,formerly American Robert Academy, and in 1982 earned a BA degree in Political Science  from the faculty of Administrative Sciences .Later, In 1984 he received a Post Grduate Degree in Banking and Economics from IIIEB in Cyprus.He has worked as a Procurement Officer, an Export Representative an Import Manager, a Trade Promotion Specialist in the construction,food and leather sectors.Between 1990 and 1998 he established a small leather goods manufacturing unit  and produced and exported  small leather goods. Since then, He has acted as a consultant for companies in the construction, leather,textile,food,health and handcraft businesses.He has been involved in selling their goods and services to the international markets.He started the Businesstanbul.com Project in 2003 with a group of freelance professionals to provide Business Services to foreign investors planning to do business in Istanbul.
