Businesstanbul's sponsorship principles are based on the objectives established by Businesstanbul , as well as the local circumstances, relevance and significance of the supported projects to the whole society or certain social groups.
First and foremost, we evaluate the integrity, cultural value and social background of the projects.
The sponsorship volume depends on the budget and significance of the project.
Which type of projects do we sponsor?
Our main fields of sponsorship include
Culture
We are willing to support different fields of culture such as theatre and music events, exhibitions and other innovative, fascinating and unique projects that will add to the cultural development of the society.
Sports
Pursuant to the decision of the Businesstanbul Group, main sports fields to be sponsored by Businesstanbul include soccer,tennis and swimming. Since the same principle cannot fully be implemented in all Group countries, in TURKEY we have decided to sponsor events that are more popular and have a biggest number of enthusiasts.
Which information should the sponsorship application contain?
- A hard copy or electronic copy of a proper and yet brief overview of the planned project (project idea, background, history, initiators, etc.);
- Project budget (planned expense and revenue);
- Structure/positioning and number of sponsors (division of subsidies between the chief sponsor and other sponsors);
- A detailed plan for the promotion of sponsors depending on the subsidy amount; resources and materials necessary for the promotion;
- Other co-operation partners; their role in the project.

We do not sponsor
- Enterprises, which contradict the general values of the society
- Political events
- Sports fields of aggressive nature
- Sports fields associated with doping scandals
- Last-minute petitions
We prefer
- Projects supporting children's healthcare and social prevention work.
- Cultural and sports events of wide public interest.
- Being the chief sponsor, major sponsor or sole sponsor.
- Traditional Folk dances or oriental dances
- Traditional Song Performers
- Fashion Shows
In case we decide in favor of sponsoring a project, membership fees, participation fees or other fees necessary for the event should be collected through an existing Businesstanbul account or through a new account in a TURKISH BANK.
